Jack D. Davis - CFO & Co-Founder

Born and raised in Malvern, PA, the youngest of nine children, Jack developed his work ethic early on.

While attending West Chester University, he volunteered to join the US Army Reserves for a six-year enlistment. Attending college during the day, working evenings, and fulfilling his military obligation on various weekends, Jack learned the value of hard work and time management.

After graduating from college (BS in Business Management), he began working as a sales representative for a Fortune 100 company and honed his sales skills.

In 1985 Jack started his financial planning career as an agent with Mutual Benefit Life. After Mutual Benefit Life ran into financial difficulties, Jack decided to “go it alone”. His company, “The Davis Companies” successfully grew for over 15 years.

In the early part of 2000, Jack’s wife, Hellen, owner of Indaba Global, Inc., asked him to come on board and oversee marketing and day-to-day operations of Indaba Global, Inc., a rapidly expanding online corporate training company. As the company has steadily grown, Jack’s responsibilities have expanded to include: internet marketing, real estate management, compensation design, SEO oversight, sales, web site creation, data base management and Independent Consultant oversight.

Jack, VP at Indaba Global, Inc. has overseen the firm’s expansion into online learning with the introduction of Indaba’s industry leading online leadership programs.
