Rick has been an executive advisor and senior executive across numerous industries, types and sizes of organizations. While a an advisor with Ernst & Young, Rick not only consulted to notable Global 1000 companies, he also led the organizational change management, organizational alignment, and organizational development activities for the Southwest Region. Rick has also been an executive as Vice President in the areas of HR, Professional Services and Operations.

Rick is a multidimensional executive who applies his extensive and proven experience, education and leadership to help executives and organizations perform. His breadth of experience as executive, advisor and coach combined with depth of knowledge and education provides a unique ability to achieve individual and organizational success.
