Francis Landolf - Senior VP

For more than 15 years Francis Landolf led public sector organizations responsible for delivering time critical services essential for informed military and National level decisions. The organizations he created and led performed analysis of signals, communications systems and networks. They also developed and deployed the processing solutions that transformed network and communications data. Successful prosecution of such complex missions required navigating an immensely diverse work force through a rapidly changing political, economic and technological landscape. In recognition of his accomplishments he was awarded the Exceptional Civilian Service Award by the National Security Agency in 2005 and received the Meritorious Executive Presidential Rank Award in 2004.

Mr. Landolf began his public service career at the National Security Agency in 1975 while working on a PhD in Mathematics at the University of Kentucky.
He holds a BA, MS and MA in Mathematics. He completed an executive leadership program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School and is a graduate of the National Security Leadership Course, a partnership between the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and the Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. He has been granted numerous awards in recognition of his technical and leadership achievements. He retired from federal service in March 2005.

Though slowing down considerably, Mr. Landolf is an avid distance runner and starts most days with a six mile run. He loves good food and enjoys cooking.

He occasionally revisits a former hobby and makes a batch of beer or mead for a friend or special occasion. He is an avid reader, enjoys listening to music and public radio.
